Success Tips from Star Ambassador Cynthia Smith

Labels:

WHAT IS VEMMA?

If the Vemma business was like high school, Star Ambassador Cynthia Smith would be the head cheerleader, valedictorian, and student body president all in one! Cynthia is one ambitious woman, raising a family of six children while building her Vemma business into a thriving network of Members who are equally excited about the product and opportunity.

With a vibrant personality and an evident joy for life, Cynthia is someone you’d love to swap business ideas with at the local coffee shop because it would be so much fun! Although you may not have her inherent lively spirit, take a look at the tips Cynthia shared with us that can help anyone build a successful Vemma business.

  1. Get product to people. The key is to get the product to enough people even when you don’t have a lot of time to do it. For me, that can mean sponsoring my kids’ athletic teams or doing a walk for diabetes like I’m doing next month. Everyday I have a million excuses why I can’t do anything with Vemma because of my schedule with the kids. Instead of looking at it like that, though, I have to look at the business as an opportunity to put in front of more people. You have to allow yourself to work this business for even ten minutes at a time if you have to. Trying the product really grabs people’s attention.
  2. Get the support of your spouse.Make sure you have the blessing and help of your spouse. It’s so important, even if you just need help with the kids. Your spouse is someone you trust, and it helps to free your mind of worrying about everything else when you’re trying to talk to someone about Vemma.
  3. Make friends with your upline.I met my upline, Royal Ambassador Ruth Elliott, years ago when our kids used to play together. A few years back, Ruth was contacted about joining Vemma and within the first six months called me to get involved. I worked hard to get where I’m at with Vemma right now but without being friends with my upline, I would be nowhere.
  4. Identify your leaders.Work with the people in your organization who deserve your time, who demonstrate a willingness to work the business and who want to be leaders. Quantity is not always everything. It’s better for you to work with two teams of people if they are working the business versus working with fifty people who may not be doing anything with their businesses.
  5. Get your team to the events.Get your team to the annual convention or the local events, and Vemma President and CEO BK Boreyko and his staff do the rest. I guarantee you will put your business so far ahead if you and your team go to the events. When you’re there, you really get to see that Vemma is not just another network marketing opportunity. The people there are just like you and want to provide a great life for their families. BK has such a passion for the business and the product and is the best at making us feel like we drive the company.
